Best price and received the right product BUT it was 2 days late and required 3 calls each with a 10 to 15 minute hold time and had to ask they upgrade their shipment to overnight. Basically they did not have this in stock and relied on another vendor. Also US1 camera will not ship to an address that is not your billing address unless you add it to your credit card. So thats another hoop to jump thru. In other words, I got a good deal but needed A LOT of coaxing and babysitting, not a pain-free experience..My overall rating is neutral.

cant wait to get my hands on my new hardware. found this site via dpreview.com. This merchant charges you upon ordering, not at the time of shipping. Charge at ship is industry-standard. After reading several very negative reviews, I made several phone calls. I was put on hold multiple times and never spoke to anyone. None of my emails were answered. They delivered what they promised. I wouldnt use them if you need customer service.

Company has great prices on their cameras and equipment. The only negative is that they called to verify that my husband made the purchase and then followed that with an e-mail (which he was unaware that they sent). Until he verified the e-mail my camera would not be sent. So since he didnt know to check his e-mail, I am impatiently waiting for my camera to arrive. Day 10 and counting and my camera still hasnt been shipped. Very frustrating!!!!!!!

I am still waiting on a shipping confirmation. Order placed on 10/4 for the new Canon 50D. Received order confirmation - confirmed order via phone as requested. I have not received a shipping confirmation - 6 working days later. The web site listed my order status as "packing at warehouse". Tried to call customer service, but was rudely transferred and then a message saying the wait time was over 20 minutes, so I hung up ! Hopefully, Ill get my order some day - Ill write again soon.
