    The customer service is way better than the website leads you to believe. I ordered by phone and there was no pushy attempts to up-sell, just a smooth transaction. I also really liked that they did a security follow-up call to make sure it was actually me placing the order. I dont care if they are selling out of a garage or a luxury store front, everything was top notch and arrived as promised and in time. Buy here and you wont regret it!

    very impressed with the customer service. Placed the order online and recieved a callback within an hourfor verification only. The order was well packaged and I recieved it right on time. Will be ordering additional merchandise from this company in the very near future.

    Great transaction. I placed my order on Sunday and UPS was delivering it on Tue. Did not get it until Wed as no one was home to sign for the delivery. The camera is great.

    To early to tell. My tracking number is not yet showing as valid, the order was placed at 8AM and it is now 5PM. A small negative if it does indeed ship within 24 hours. Had difficulty getting a tracking number and the items did not ship until two days after placing the order allthough promised to ship within 24 hours, I would hesitate using for more expensive cmaera purchase.
