    WOW! Is all I can say. I tried 17th Street Photo because of their good reviews. Well add me to the list of happy customers. I placed an order at 4:30pm EST with 2 day shipping. Figuring it would ship the next day since their site says orders before 3pm EST will ship same day. Well a few minutes later my wife got a call to verify my order. No up sale pitch like some sleaze bag online stores, just a courtesy call to check my address and verify I made the purchase. I checked my email an hour later and had my ups tracking number. I was blown away. I needed the camera by Friday, I had it on Thursday. The prices are the best anywhere and the packaging was great. I will do all my photo related shopping in one place from now on 17th Street Photo.

    The ordering process was clear and easy, except some product descriptions were too brief.Shipment did not arrive until the last day given in the estimation.A Canon 52mm UV filter chipped on the edge in the box, which adds a question mark on the quality of Canons accessaries. I returned it and changed to a Hoya brand. The new filter was shipped right after they received the old one. Very responsive.

    Ordered off of the website in the morning, shipped that afternoon, arrived three business days later. (I ordered on a Wednesday, arrived the next Monday per UPS 3-day.) Shipping was reasonable. Price on product was excellent. Amount I saved in sales taxes more than paid for the shipping.17th Street did exactly what they were supposed to - ship my item in a reasonable amount of time without upsell calls. As a matter of fact, I ordered more items from them today.
