I purchased an Asus for my son in Japan. It had a problem with the battery. TigerDirect said I should return it to them. Instead of treating it as a warranty they treated it as a restock and charged me $100. No amount of reasoning would change their mind. They are fine if all goes OK. If you have a problem .... look out!

It was okay.I have order several thousands of dollars of products for the last 8 months.I was told that I would have a personal representative that could assist me in ordering and offer me better discounts.This happened on many occasions but when I phone the representative directly with an ext number,I was always given a voice mail & never called backed.I would continue to order all my products if I had a real personal assistant and could receive some real discounts for being a faitful customer
