    I have ordered many Items from TigerDirect in the past. I have never had a problem. Yes I have had one product defect and I have had problems with companies that TigerDirect does business with and TigerDirect has resolved them with timely efficiency!     Im not a computer expert so when choosing a motherboard it would have been nice to see which ones were compatible with my hard drive. I went to the manufature web site to get the information, so finding the part number for the motherboard was easy. A super discount too.

    I thought shipping is on the high side, but the price of the item itself is decent. Would like to see free shipping specials with low item prices too! TigerDirect is big enough to do it. I would buy quite often then. A lot of merchants are going free shipping all the time with purchases over a certain amount.
