    Confused about information re non-US orders being disallowed. I was able to order in Australia requesting item be delivered in US (as gift)...... as long as it arrives the service is fantastic.

    I ordered a Sony HDR-SR11 camcorder at a very good price, and product was delivered without problem and on-time (2nd day UPS). I was called to confirm the order, and was encouraged (more than casually) to buy an extra battery at a price that was above what others charged. Overall, it was an enjoyable experience, and I would order from them again.

    A sales man called prior to shipment and attempted to upgrade the included free wall mount to a better one for the bargain price of another $40. I insisted that he can either give the upgrade for free or cancel the order since I can purchase the TV for $90 less from another web merchant. During this exchange, he portrayed himself as doing me a favor and questioned my credibility regarding the cheaper price. This soured the experience of the transaction!
