    I cant really rate the merchant until I receive the merchandise but so far it has been excellent. Ill be able to reaffirm or change my thoughts on this when I receive the merchandise.

    I found them through a price search on Pricegrabber, I called them to talk about the camcorder I was getting. The sales guy was friendly and helpful, everything arrived as described, Brand new in a factory sealed box. I have already recomended them to others, great merchant.
