    I recently purchased a Sony Vaio laptop VGN-Z540 from PCNation.com. The computer arrived without software required to downgrade my OS from Vista to XP. After just one phone call to PCNation customer service, they contacted Sony immediately and Sony shipped required software overnight. The issue was resolved within 2 business days. Because of the exeptional customer service, I would highly recommend PCNation.com to all my friends and business associates.

    I ordered a garmin 255w gps on wednesday evening it arrived at around 6:45pm on friday. This was using free shipping too! Is that good service or what?? I put the 255W in my car and took it out for a spin - it worked perfectly from the get go. PCNATION - you have a customer whos going to do more business with you! Thank you.

    Ordered 10-22 lens on Tuesday and opted for standard free 3 day shipping, received my order Thursday and exactly what I ordered new in box. Great purchase and delivery of product.

    If the receipt of the order is as good as the ordering, I am a very happy person! There was a problem with the 2 Day shipping I had paid $32.00 for as the item did not arrive on the specified date. PCNation refunded the premium shipping charges, so I would still rate their service as excellent. The best judgement of a company is how they act when things DONT go perfectly, PCNation passed the test!
