    Initially, I opted to purchase a new plazma through B&HPhoto. However, when it came to the "shipping" option - I discovered they wanted another 35 dollars to get the TV into my house. It was a "free" service with NewEgg - and that won me over !

    In the last month we purchased a Samsung 58" Plasma TV,Asus laptop, Infinity surround sound speakers & a Pioneer a/v receiver all from Newegg. All items arrived on time or before. Prices were great & customer service excellent as always.

    OK for the moment, but not yet receive my order. I received my order and the TV was good condition. So far so good.

    I have made many purchases form Newegg ranging from rebuilt computers, monitors, speakers, and DVD drives. Their web-site interface is SECOND TO NONE. I can filter search results and practically any aspects. The customer reviews are educated and professional. Free shipping doesn\t mean that they place my order in the back of the line. My personal record for total time taken for an order is 25 hours (using free ?3-day? shipping) Only con would be that they don\t always double-box. In short Newegg is SECOND TO NONE in terms of computer related equipment.
