    Ordering experience has been excellent thus far. However I reserve final evaluation until after the product arrives in the time promised and find no fault in their performance after purchase, if any is required.OK, since ordering from Buydig.com I have to say that their customer service has been OUTSTANDING. I had to contact them about my order (I live on a US military base in Germany) and everyone involved was extremely helpful and friendly and the speed with which they responded and then reacted was remarkable, especially during a busy holiday season. They really took care of me. I highly recommend them. Thank you Buydig!

    Very clear, smooth check-out process. My camera arrived 24 hours later (to manhattan), which was awesome. It arrived packed in air bags and while the outer box was fine, the camera box itself had a corner that was really smashed in (all the way to the lens inside). It mustve sustained this damage BEFORE it was shipped since the outer box was fine. The camera and kit lens seem to work fine -- but I was very concerned.

    I have purchased many items from Buydig and they are always my first stop when looking for camera equipment. The shipping is very fast, and their prices are the best. You also dont have to worry about any "bait and switch" or phone calls trying to get you to buy more stuff.

    I could not be happier with my first buydig order. I purchased a Canon XSI Rebel camera w/ extra lens, battery, and storage card. I ordered on saturday and I received notification on monday that they had shipped. I chose the fed ex ground shipping and the package arrived on thursday (3 days). All items were factory sealed and in brand new condition. Ive only been able to use the camera one day but it has performed as advertised. Overall, I saved more then $300 on my purchase over Best Buy or Circuit City and the service received was excellent. I will be placing future orders (BuyDig included a statement in the box that says I will receive free shipping on all accesories for the next 90 days).

    This was a fantastic online shopping experience. After ordering and canceling an order for a camera from another, very bad, online vendor, I found BuyDig. The experience with them was the polar opposite, from the phone call to their customer service department, to the delivery of my camera (within 3 days). Id shop with them again anytime and would recommend them to you.

    Communication and support excellent. Product received very timely. Only complaint is that camera ordered was supposed to be silver with red trim (per my wife) and received product box with picture of same, but camera inside had black trim. Otherwise, great to do business with.

    This was the second order and Im still blown away with the speed of shipping. The merchandise was as descibed, brand new. I will recommend this company to my friends and I have them book marked.
