    One thing that could be improved is the description of the SteamVac I ordered. I dont know if it comes with any detergents or a company warranty. The description was deffinately sparse, but the price was good.

    Price Grabber made it easy for me to find the best price on the specific camera I was looking for! How easy is that?!!! Tri-State Camera worked with me to make an exchange of lenses, and provided me with all tracking info necessary. I will continue to shop with them.

    THIS IS THE WORST PLACE TO GO IF YOU WANT TO PURCHASE/RETURN A LENS. THE CUSTOMER SERVICE WAS VERY RUDE AND INCONSIDERATE. I WROTE A COMPLAINT ON PRICEGRABBER AND TRISTATE CALLED ME AND TOLD ME TO TAKE THE COMPLAINT DOWN BECAUSE IT BROUGHT THEIR RATING DOWN. THIS OUTRAGED ME VERY MUCH. I TOOK THE COMPLAINT DOWN BECAUSE THE COMPANY STILL HAD MY MONEY. NOW THAT THEYVE GIVEN MY MONEY BACK MORE THAN 2 WEEKS LATER, IM POSTING ANOTHER COMPLAINT. THIS COMPANY HAS MADE MY ONLINE SHOPPING EXPERIENCE UNBEARABLE. I ADVISE NO ONE TO ATTEMPT TO RETURN AN ITEM FROM THIS STORE, OR ELSE YOU WILL BE GIVEN A HARD TIME.
