    Not the best site, but not bad either. Could be a bit easier. Due to a shipping error on their end, my "2 Day" package arrived 5 business days later. However, they did indeed attempt to correct their error by reshipping "Next Day"...at their addl expense.

    I was initially hesitant to order a vacuum (i.e., something other than a camera) from Tri-State Camera, but everything turned out great and the vacuum is excellent.

    Ordered my first item from Tri-State and received a lens that wasnt compatible with my Nikon D60 (for AF Features), returned and is waiting on another order for the correct lens. I was told that their was a 30 return policy and then they tried to charge me a re-stocking fee. So far, not charge has been made. Once I recieve my new lens, another rating will be done.
