I was consistently lied to in regards to the status of my order. I paid for expedited shipping and still recieved it 2 days late. Although some employees genuinely tried to help me they still provided inaccurate information. And most treated me as a nuisance after my payment cleared. They consistently over-promised and under- delivered. No one returned my calls until after they found out I worked for an attorney. Finally after the 6th brush-off/lie I decided to file a claim wirh the states Dept of Consumer Protection. Still havent received my order, but hopefully the unit works. For $1200 it had better.

Had to cancel order due to item being backordered. The support hotline was not very good but the manager was able to explain whatd happened. Problem was really caused by the drop-shipper. Overall a pretty reasonable merchant to deal with. Just have to talk to the right person.

Package received and outside box and packing was fine but the box for the receiver had a hole on one side that was taped over and the styrofoam packing inside the factory sealed box was busted as well. This suggested that the unit had been dropped before shipping. Videoed the unpacking process so I have proof of the condition on receipt. Unit appears to be working well, though.

Was first told wasnt in stock but when it was they upgraded me to expedited shipping FREE to make up for it! Good to do business with!

We ordered a camcorder last Friday, paid extra for 2-3 day delivery. Customer-service was said it was back-ordered yesterday, and was a little condescending to my wife when she questioned the availability reported by the sales staff. However to meet their commitment they received and shipped the order over night last night so that we would receive it on the day we should have under normal circumstances. Additionally they also reversed the extra 2-3 day shipping charge that we paid as an appology for the trouble we had with the order. I appreciate when companies do their best to keep their commitments and keep their customers. I am likely to work with them again.

The product was right and works great. BUT, make sure they send the product with the correct shipping that you chose. Customer service is rude.
