    Claimed to ship in 1-2 days. Didnt ship for 5 days. Claimed package shipped on a day when it didnt. Didnt return emails about concerns with shipment arriving on time (and then shipped without confirming whether I still wanted it - not even expedited shipping)A very disappointing experience that I wont be repeatingUpdate: as soon as the comment appeared the company called me to go through what the issues were with the order and to apologize and to try to rectify the problem. Nice to see such a responsive reaction to a problem.

    Like others have said, it would be nice to receive an e-mail confirmation upon purchasing the product online. I did receive a follow-up e-mail 1 business day later requiring me to call to confirm my purchase. The obligatory accessories pitch they gave wasnt pushy at all. Update (12/4/08): Camera arrived promptly via UPS just as promised, great product, great price!

    so far so good , a follow up on this once the order is received would finalize it. I was skeptical at first but the order arrived quickly and I would consider using them again .

    This is my first purchase from this vendor so as of now I have not experienced how well they protect and manage the shipment side of things. Their web site was easy to order from. Update two weeks later. Vendors mercahndise met my expectations and I have now made three more orders from them and all have gone smooth. I did call and talk to ask some technical questions and their employee was very helpful and knew his stuff.
