    COMPLETLY NOT RECOMENDING TO ANYONE!! AS A MATTER OF FACT, I GO OUT OF MY WAY TO TELL PEOPL NOT TO BUY FROM THEM! THEY LIED TO ME! TOLD ME ITEM WAS SHIPPED 2/18, WASNT SHIPPED UNTILL 12/21 ORDER PLACED 12/15.. SALESMEN B TOLD ME IT DID NOT MATTER I WAS UNHAPPY BECAUSE THEY SHIP THOUSANDS OF PRODUCTS!! THATS EXACKLY WHATS WRONG WITH THIS COUNTRY!! THE YOUNG PEOPLE DONT CARE IF YOU WILL SHOP THERE OR WHEREVER THEY MAY BE WORKING..

    This was my first order with Electronic Express. Overall I think they did a great job. The biggest decision I made in going with this retailer was price, they were significantly cheaper than any other retailer for the item I was looking for. Their reviews also seemed positive so I took the plunge and went for it. Typically I order from the big 3 e-tailers for online purchases (Newegg, ZipZoomFly, and Tigerdirect). I dont think they were quite as good as these e-tailers but overall Im not disappointed and I would purchase from them again. A few minor notes:It took 3 days after ordering the item to get a confirmation that it shipped. They shipped it two days after ordering (which is what they state on their site). Probably the time of year being holiday season results in a higher volume of orders, but I am more accustomed to having orders ship same or next day (from the big 3). There is no way to review your account/orders on their website. I find this kind of amateurish.

    The communication was great .Gave me detailed information when asked. Was very pleasent and patient with me. My credit card had to approve a purchase of that amount and they were very patient with them.Great merchant

    Being skeptical about buying a 61"TV for thousands of dollars on the internet, I read lots of reviews. I decided on Electronic Express. They processed my order, shipped the next day and it arrived via FEDEX Freight to a small remote Texas town on the 5th day after I ordered. Great price, great shipping and tracking info. Would buy from them again.
