Absolutely abismal! Dont order from these people. I ordered the product on a Sunday, it was Friday, it had not yet shipped. Called customer service, told them my situation and promised me that it would ship out on the following Monday. Now guess what? I get an E-mail on Monday telling me that the item is "discontinued" WTF!? So, they charged me before telling me this. The item is STILL listed as "In Stock" at the website. I dont know if they are pulling scams by getting short-term non-interest loans from people and then pulling off a joke like this. But it isnt a joke, I am very dissapointed, will never order from them again. I order the product because it showed a very low price, this should have sent a warning signal right away. These people are incompetent merchants, they do not follow up with E-mails like other sites. I read some bad reviews but ignored them thinking people were being a little too picky, well now I know what they meant. DONT DO IT PLEASE!!! SERIOUSLY I BEG YOU!

I had trouble initially with the billing department not answering their phone or returning phone calls after putting a hold on my purchase since the shipping address was not the same as the billing address. However, comparemaster was very responsive to my initial review on pricegrabber. The General Manager, Manny, contacted me the morning after I posted a review and made arrangements to have my order shipped immediately after the billing department confirmed that the shipping address was an authorized shipping address for my VISA card. Manny also indicated he would look into any problems that may have occured to determine if they can be avoided in the future with other customers. If not for the initial problem contacting the billing department, I would give them 5 stars. The product arrived as advertised in excellent condition and both customer service and the General Manager were very courteous.

I PLACED THE ORDERS ON OCTOBER 1ST, AND WAS ON HOLD FOR ABOUT TWO WEEKS AND NOBODY CALL ME TO LET ME KNOW.AFTER I CALL SEVERAL TIMES I HAVE TO PAID EXTRA FOR EXPRESS SHIPPING, AFTER THAT ITS ALMOST A MONTH AND I DIDNT RECEIVE THE ORDERS.

I appreciate the website, lots of easily accessible information. Both times I called and talked to representatives they were very friendly and helpful. This transaction was overall a very easy and pleasant experience. I had a difficult time tracking this package, and though I tried 3 times, I was never contacted back by the expedited shipping dept. at Comparemaster. Although the people on the phone were friendly and seemingly helpful, they never contacted me regarding shipping. I received the package a day later than the shipping I paid for.
