This merchant is a nightmare. I ordered an advertised tablet laptop with WindowsXP. I was sent a Vista model that supposedly had Vista removed and WindowsXP added because the advertised item was "out of stock". The tablet function was inoperable. The merchant agreed to fix the problem but what I received in return was a refurbished, scratched laptop. I had to get my credit card company involved to get them to take back the laptop. The merchant refused to refund about $600 for restocking/shipping fees. This is not a reputable merchant and I would not recommend purchasing from them.

Ordered on 8/11 with express 2nd day shipping due to time constraints with my company. Item did not arrive until 8/19. Receipt shows 2nd day shipping, FedEx tracking info showed ground. Website showed "In Stock, Ships same day". Emailed customer service - only thing they would do was refund the difference between 2nd day and ground due to their mistake. So they lose nothing, and I lose important training time with my new employee. Considering my lost time and training dollars, switching my shipping to ground is not a satisfactory reconciliation. They obviously have no interest in keeping their customers happy or making up for their frequent mistakes. Clearly their performance does not match their claims. Use caution with this company! I will never buy with them again. UPDATE: Seller has replied below with several lies! I have hard copy documented proof that they made a mistake and lied in their reply below while insulting my intelligence! I will be contacting the BBB! Beware!

Excellent shopping experience. There sales reps are always very knowledgable and courtious. I ordered a laptop notebook and they were nice enough to install more memory for me at no charge. I highly recommand them and will continue shopping from them.

i am happy that i bought my Nikon d40 from PCSuperDeals; the price was reasonable, the package arrived on time, and their customer service is one of the best, i must say. Rarely do you encounter people who would go out of their way to assist you and PCSuperDeals customer representatives did just that for me. I am a satisfied customer, indeed!

I am extremely satisfied with my order. The sales representative was very helpful and provided me the information I needed about the product. The item was delivered right on time. I highly recommend purchasing from them, and Im definitely sure I will purchase again from them in the future.
