    I but 2 Netgear switches from them and the sales rep told me that he can ship the item from the nearest Netgear warehouse and he did so, so instead of 5 - 7 business day I go it in 3 days. Good Deal and fast Shipping !!!

    No telephone number anywhere on their website. What does that tell you? My order appeared to be delayed and communication was a huge problem with this merchant. The only way to communicate is via e-mail. They may or may not respond. Your order status may or may not be updated with accurate information in a timely manner. Odds are youll get the merchandise you ordered at the bargain basement price you counted on. But what will you do if you dont? Buyer beware.
