    I edited my shipping address, because the original form did not identify the correct shipping address. On the receipt, the billing address appears as the shipping address.

    DO NOT SHOP NETDIRECT!! I was billed $77.54 for a package that I never received. When I called to inquire about it and asked to speak to a manager, after waiting 8 min. I was told Kim would call me right back. 45 minutes later I called back. Kim was rude and dismissive. When I noted that I never received a call back there was no apology, a rude "I was on a call" was the response. It was then insinuated that I was at fault for not requesting the package require a signature that was supposedly left on my doorstep. She then spoke to me in the most condescending manner saying that I had to file a police report etc. When I told her that I didnt appreciate her tone she hung up in my face. When I called back she talked over me and hung-up on me again! I contacted UPS who said that it is the shippers responsibility to require a signature NOT the recipient. PS. In the last 10 days I have received packages from QVC, AMAZON, and HSN - all left on my door step with NO Problem!

    Definitely like the prices. Easy to use website. It\s nice that you can calculate all charges (shipping) before getting too far into the ordering process.

    I would recommend: They had the best price for a WD MY Book World Edition II on the PriceGrabber site. I ordered on a Sunday, "nowdirect" called on Monday and told me it would be shipped that day and it was. It arrived on Wednesday just three business days!Product was new in in original packaging.Thanks Pricegrabber and thanks nowdirect!
