    The items never did arrive. But that didnt keep them from charging, more than the invoice said. Been fighting with my credit card company since May. They finally said there is nothing more they can do.Non-existent customer service. Finally gave a partial refund for almost $2000 of racks that never showed up.Buy anywhere but here. These people dont seem to have any morals or ethics and certainly have no idea about customer service.I would strongly advise not to do business with these people. They must work out of their garage because they never answer their phone. Now if you want to know how I really feel....

    3 days for creditcard processing and charging for rushing orders is definitely a bummer. I am cancelling my order.
