Placed the order on 10/15, item was supposely in stock and ready to ship next day. Check online status on 10/16, still "New Order". Called to verify order status, was told the item will be shipped that day, or latest next day. Check online status on 10/17, still "New Order". Called again to confirm, was told by a different person that item was not in stocked, and will be dropped shipped by a vendor the following Monday or Tuesday. Credit card charged.Checked status on 10/20, still "New Order". Called again, was told the item was shipped, and will have tracking number for me in 24-48 hours.(weird). Checked status on 10/22, STILL "New Order". Call AGAIN, was told by another person the order has not been shipped by vendor, and will be shipped out before 10/24.10/23, got shipping confirmation with tracking number. Item was shipped on 10/22.Everyone was courteous, but definitely disorganized. Easy to oder via website, but inventory information is inaccurate.

Many companys had my hard drives (750GB PATA drives suitable for TIVO), but only the companys that wanted $200 each had any in stock. I thought I had to pay $400 for two drives.I had placed an order with another (large and well thought of) company but after 2 weeks, I found it on Allways Lowest. I did not expect much since many times small companies will try to get the order and hope they can have the stock fill the order later. This has happened to me in the past.. but not with Allways Lowest. I paid extra $6.00 for same day processing and they shipped it the same day! I did not know it since they forgot to send me the notice, but they did ship it. I know because I called them 3 days later to cancel.. but they sent me the missing notification, and I found it was out for delivery that same day!. When I got home from work it was there, and I then worried that it would be the wrong drive.. But the drives were perfect. New, factory wrapped and they work beautifully. best price by far.

So far so good. Lets see how they deliver and if it is factory original product. Product recieved was factory original. There was a problem in the intial charge to my credit card (my fault). I was given a number to contact to resolve. Several calls to the customer service number were NOT answered but transferred to voicemail. I ended up handling the situation via Email. No response to my email, just the product showing up 3 days later.

I ordered a projector at a great price from alwayslowest.com on Sunday. It was listed as "In stock and ready for shipment. Usually Ships Next Day." On Wednesday I checked the website again and saw that the price had doubled. On Thursday I talked to Customer Service and they said my item would ship as soon as my credit card was "verified". Friday I get an email telling me that my order has been cancelled because they are "Out of Stock". In fact they are still selling it on their website, as well as eight other similar projectors that are all listed as "In Stock". After persevering at customer service I eventually talk with a supervisor who tells me it is COMPANY POLICY to do exactly what happened in my case: advertise and confirm orders at low prices, then raise the price later and cancel orders put in at the lower price. He confided to me that people call to complain about this ALL THE TIME. Other pricegrabber reviews say the same. No money lost for me, but time wasted.
