    BestPriceAudioVideo had a great price on the TV I wanted and it arrived in perfect condition. The only hitch with my order was an inventory problem that resulted in a slight delay in my shipment. The staff at BestPriceAudioVideo was very apologetic and promised to take steps to make sure that it wouldnt happen again. It was definitely worth the slight inconvenience to get such a good price on this TV.

    Paid extra to have item shipped for delivery in 4-7 business days, 10 business days later nothing. Fell Ive been cheated.

    BPAV company was very good to order from the dvd portable player came very fast. it had a flaw but they sent a return label and i sent it back and they sent another mustek dvd portable player right away. it is fine and they were very good to work with. shirlee larotonda

    Found what I looked for and got the best price. Items were delivered within the time frame quoted to me and were what I had ordered. Excellent service, will definitely shop at BestPriceAudioVideo.com again and as always, Pricegrabber.com steered me in the right direction.
