    100% Fantastic service the whole way thru. 42nd Street Photo is an excellent store to shop with. When i called in to place my order over the phone, they had the product in stock and the price was the lowest I could find on the internet. Customer Service was polite and helpful the whole way thru my order. They also gave me a free cleaning kit with my purchase. This is an excellent shop to do business with. I would definitively shop here again when i need more accessories for my digital camera.Thanks Dylan

    A++ service from 42nd street photo. I would definitely order from them again and would recommend them highly to friends and family. I am from Sweden so it really was smooth and easy to deal with them over the phone. They were very friendly and helpful and answered all of my questions that i had regarding my purchase of my camera. Thank you 42nd Street Photo for having the best service and the best price around. The package arrived in pefrect condition and everything was brand new as promised by my salesman. he even thru in a free cleaning kit for my camera. Thank you for everything.

    This is a top notch company. They have Superb customer service and extremely knowledge staff. The ease of ordering over the phone was quick and fun. I placed my order with a young gentleman, who walked me thru everything that I needed for my camera. Everything was in stock and shipped the same day. I got an email confirmation regarding my order status 15 minutes after I was done placing my order with him. I will definitely do business with them again in the near future. thank you 42nd Street Photo for being there for all your Internet customers.

    disappointed.!!!I bought NIKON D3 dig.camera body,and I dnot have original NIKON 1 year waranty.42nd Street Photo sell cheap,but vithaut original manufacture waranty.

    Very disappointed. The Canon camera I was sold is a grey market model - This wasnt advertised for the specific item I purchased on their website or on Pricegrabber. Extremely deceptive advertising IMO. Shame on me for locking in on the low price & not doing more detective work. I FEEL VERY STUPID & MISLED. No manufacturer warranty. Install CD missing. Grey market model doesnt come with HD cable,which costs an additional $40+ shipped. After I made the order a polite man called & asked if I wanted any accessories or optional warranty? I declined of course. Now I get it...did I tell you I feel stupid?

    Today I made another purchase from 42nd Street Photo (a large one) and had concerned, business-like attention to my needs at all times: further, my agent was friendly and knowledgeable but if he didnt know an answer, he said "excuse me" and went to find the answer.I was nearly shocked by the arrival of my order: it took so little time and was shipped free, express.

    I had some issues with the online order, but I was called back and the guy at the other end of the line sorted it out. Thats excellent, very good service - they take care for their international customers too....I can recommend this site for internatioanl buyers!

    This site had the best price I could find anywhere for the lens I wanted. The Canon EF-S 17-85mm 4-5.6 Image Stabilizer USM. The service was also good and the order was quick to process, they even contacted me to check if I had the right camera for this lens. Im from Norway and this deal works out at less then half the price I would get it for here,tax and shipping included. I will definetely shop at 42photo.com again.

    This company is amazing is so many ways that it would take up tooo much of my time to write.. Not only were they fast in the order processing and delivery, but the prices were so low that I bought everything that I needed for my camera. 42nd Street Photo is absolutely a top notch business and would highly recommend them to anyone who likes to shop on the internet and get big savings.
