I cancelled an order back on Aug 16th. My account was charged anyway $69 and money has not yet returned to my account. Today is Dec 13th, It has been turned over to the bank and the company has still not responded to the bank. This company is a scam, would not buy anything from them, they are a joke.

Samsung 204B was bad on delivery. very poor communication with IUnitek on the phone or email. after I got the RMA and sent it back as they said for replacement at my cost, never heard a word from them for almost a month. after many calls was finally told there was none in stock and were back ordered. waiting for refund now.

Update (October 22, 2006): The product I received -- a 20" LCD monitor (204B) -- was defective. I just applied for a return authorization, and I hope to get a replacement soon. Phone support was helpful in directing me towards getting a replacement.Review (immediately after ordering):No hassles online shopping experience. Very competitive pricing. The only drawback is that I had never heard of them. Now, I hope I get my order in time. If I do, I will come back and rate them higher.
