    The DVDs were shipped on the 29th and received them December 1. I had not used J&R before. I will check you out before ordering from other places.I may be returning one of the DVDs as my wife saw the order and I think shed rather it be returned. I may order a different one as well as you did on this order.

    I had ordered a few different products DVDs at one time. So, I found myself having to start my search from the very beginning each time I left my cart to return to shopping. My only criticism is that the transition be less confusing.

    Having the item in stock was a plus. Nothing special about the purchase, pretty typical of a online store. Anything less would not be acceptable.

    I have purchased many products from J&R, ranging from DVDs to electronics, and have never had a bad experience. Service and response are excellent, and prices are generally at or near the best available. Shipping for this order occurred when stated in the advertisement, and I received my products within two days of shipment. This is a top quality merchant.
