I purchased a 19" flat screen for my daughters graduation gift on the June 14th, it not only took 24 days to get it but I had to do the calling day in and day out to get a status, the website had no update. When I called all I would receive is " it should be in the next couple of day." I called every 3 days for 24 days. No consideration for my gift, that is now 24 days late. My last call in I spoke with the manager and asked her could I change my purchase she said "yes." I resolved my own problem, so not only did I not get the TV I wanted, I didnt a get a rebate or free shipping no consideration for being patient and coming up with my own resolution. This was definitely poor customer service, I was an very unsatisified customer.

What a nightmare. Its now less than a year later. Ive had to send my device in 3 times to the warrenty service to get repaired. Now, I receive an estimate claiming my repairs are not covered. The estimate costs more than the device. Im so mad that I allowed myself to be duped and scammed. I shouldve just burned the money in my back yard. It wouldve been less frustrating.

there needs to be an explaination of shipping and delivery dates (an estimation of delivery dates would suffice rather nicely...). i find refurbdeopt.com to be a very enjoyable experience, and i have recommended this site to as many individuals as possible and will continue to do such as long as refurbdepot.com continues with their excellent service (my wife and i purchased a very good computer tower from refurbdepot.com without any problems at all..)Thank you.

I could not see the price of shipping until I had put in my credit card number and personal information. I thought the shipping was very expensive. I did not see the weight listed. I really liked the oven so I did not cancel the order. This entry after I received the oven. The oven had 2 majors flaws, 1) the plastic covering the timer & etc was popped out of the frame, 2) There was a large jagged cut on the right front corner of the unit. I called the number enclosed and a new unit will be sent out after the one I have is shipped back with a prepaid label. This I did. Currently awaiting a new one.
