This is my second time purchasing an item from refurbdepot. My initial experience with them was rather upsetting. I ordered a flat panel television that I ended up canceling my order after nearly 6 weeks of back order. Hopefully, this time is not as long.

I can not give them excellent rating because I have not received my merchandise yet. Will it work? if not how well will they work to get it repaired. Will the 4yr warranty be any good? I would like to return to this comment site in about a year and give them and my fellow Americans a true rating of their company and their product.

great site,great products, great service. the prices you pay for refurbished items is so less than new and just as good in every way. the packageing may be missing, but the items are well prepared for the trip to your home, and everything i have purchased looks perfect, like no scratches, digs or marks of any kind. thanx for saving me lots of money once again. with shipping and tax charges their price beat out all other sites selling the same product.

The first Xbox I ordered from them didnt work. Had to contact the BBB to get them to send another. Finally got that at the beginning of February 2008. This one worked until September 2008. According to their website they state it has full manufacturers warranty. Of which Micrsoft has a year warranty on console. Contacted Microsoft as refurbdepot.com states to do on their website. Microsoft will not honor manufacturers warranty since refurbdepot.com tampered with Xbox. So you do not get the FULL manufacturers warranty nor will refurbdepot.com fullfil it. I will never purchase anything from them again and I urge everyone to beware of purchasing from them!!! Very deceptive advertising on their part.
