    It has been a week since order placed for a refurbished dehumidifier.The item is not in stock.It was supposed to ship on Wednesday.My order on Wednesday still indicated "in process" so I called their 800 number.I was told the item would ship on Friday.Its Saturday, my order has not shipped,its still "in process",they are not answering their customer service number.The money came out of my bank account the day I placed the orderMy next step is to try to cancel the order&get my money back.I urgently need the dehumidifier for health reasons.The Refurb Depot product catalog still indicates that the dehumidifier ships in 1-3 business days.These people LIE.Stay away from them.Note that ALL of the online reviews that are "glowing" are very short&list the buyers location as "unknown".Im in Riverdale,MD Refurb Depot is in Brooklyn NY.There are no weather related issues that would delay shipping between these two points.These people are pirates&I wouldnt recommend to my worst enemy

    Couldnt believe the difference in the prices and I bought the extra warranty. I am moving and woujld be without the music so this was a big step and I am looking forward to enjoying this. Heres keeping ,my fingers crfossed. IThanks,SusanPlse call should you have any problem with this.

    I placed an order for an item listed as "In-Stock." Nearly 2 weeks later, the item has not shipped. I have tried multiple times to contact RefurbDepot.com by email - all I get is a canned response saying "were sorry... but you did order a very popular item..." The item is still listed as in-stock on their web site. I tried once to contact RefurbDepot.com via their 800 number... After politely explaining my situation to the customer service rep, I was left hold for 20 minutes and I was then abruptly disconnected.LOW COST = HIGH FRUSTRATION
