    all information (price, availability, taxes and shipping) were right up front. check out was quick. really nice. shipment was not packed properly though. my small product was put in a big box with lots of packing material(good) BUT the product was put in the box first (a bottom corner)and then all the padding was put in. the product was not padded and that corner got mashed in shipment (not good).

    I was very happy with the service. The I POD touch was on backorder and yet were able to get it to me within 7 business days of ordering. The packing of the items was not very good just some paper tossed in a larger box than really needed for the size of the item. Other than that I was happy with the service.
