This site does carry many items that we need/may need, but the shipping costs are a bit high. I tried to use a coupon code for free shipping, and it was not accepted. ?? Not sure why that was. Will probably return to site for other items.

They dont stand behind the product they sell! I had to wait on hold for over 45 minutes (listening to a totally disingenuous recording touting their pride their customer service), only to be told they wouldnt accept my return! I would recommend staying clear of The Nerds, and to not buy Ultimate Ears products. Theyre worthless!

I went to the web site yesterday to order something using my PayPal account and still have not been able to do so. There is something wrong with the programming of the pages...someone should test this.

I am amazed!!!! I ordered this product yesterday morning and it was on my doorstep this afternoon. I had wondered if it was worthwhile to pay the $3.99 cost of expedited shipping--it was.
