    I placed 2 orders with this company, was never notified that item was not in stock either time, one time money was put back on my account with no explanation the other time it took numerous phone calls to get a refund.

    I am impressed with the responsiveness of this company. I placed the order on a Saturday and it shipped the following Monday despite notices that it could take up to 72 hours to process. The order is scheduled for delivery within 2 days of shipment. I purchase a lot of items online and I prefer to use companies that clearly communicate all processes and expectations and follow through with those commitments. I will consider this vendor for future purchases based on this and the competitive pricing they offer.
