    EASY!!!!! Simple EASY!!!!!Ordered and paid 11/19/08. They did not ship till 11/24/08 TOO LONG of a delay. Other than that 1 gripe, all else was smooth and I would recommend this seller. Hopefully they will expedite their shipping in the future. Shipped from to California to Arizona. Received soon after they finally shipped it.

    I have ordered from here a few times now. Their site is easy to navigate and clear to understand. I have had no problems with my purchases. They ship very fast.

    Stay away from this store don?t waste your timeI ordered from this store twice and both times they cancel my order due to no stockThey charged my credit card and never shipped anythingThe address listed for the merchant is in residential area.15370-B Fairfield Ranch Road, Unit 2 Chino Hills CA 91709 Why a business should have residential addressI think they are working from home and just looking collect customer credit card numbers

    Im one that likes to praise a job well done - not a chronic complainer. But I have to say, that NextWarehouse is not ready for "prime time".Judge for yourself:10/27/08 Placed order for a Watchguard firebox - due to arrive within 5-8 b. days.11/01 Emailed to inquire why there was no tracking number yet, nor had my card been charged. "Your alternate shipping address did not verify". Wrong - it was and is on file. Did anyone really call to verify it. Then, called the NW billing department, and asked them to call Discover to verify. They said they would.11/03 Nothing happening yet. Inquired again. This time, got an email saying how important card security was for NW, and would I clarify my shipping address. This was a bit too much, as my shipping address is very plain. Were they trying to buy time?11/05/08 Got email. Sorry, item ordered not in stock. Well refund your card.Folks, if your time is valuable, and deadlines means something, stay away
