    The process for ordering was easy and went smoothly. I especially like the poop-ups that give a customer additional purchasing options.

    Completely unprofessional customer service, lots of runaround, they called the wrong bank phone number for verification of shipping address and delayed the order, even though I had the right number in the order notes! They then wanted my personal home email address for "verification" (Read: to send SPAM) and when I refused to give it (I gave them my hotmail address, theyd didnt want that) they said that they cannot continue with the order without it. Total BS! Do not work with this company, unless you want to get "Special offers" from them and all their friends!

    The merchant did not honor the price as advertised for an Okidata printer. The merchant called us after we placed the order and said they could only sell it for a much higher price. This seems like a very bad policy to not honor the price they advertised.
