I now have ordered three times in the last 6 months and spent over $1,300.00 and I am completely satisfied. My multipurpose color laser printer arrived at my house in only two (2) days after I plaed the order and it weighed over 135Lbs.

After seeing the favorable reviews decided to order 2 projector bulbs. Big mistake, wish I would have paid attention to the poor ratings! They were extremely slow and their customer service horrible! I paid for swift shipping and it took 11 days. After sending a financial verification email, it took a week before they would tell me the status of my order. When the package finally came, one of the bulbs was damaged to to poor initial packaging. I made them send me a RA number and UPS slip. I returned the bulb 10/27/08 and when I called on 11/12 to see where it was they admitted they had forgoten about it. They did refund me for my "express shipping" but that nothing to make up for the hassle this order has entailed. I am an office manager for a small business and have wasted 5+hours ($100+ my time) on the phone, emailing, writing this review...Be Warned, if you want to waste time use this company!!!

I bought a new scanner through them - I was happy about everything but the only negative was that I missed the shipping section when processing my order and I was automatically billed for express. Other than that a pleasant experience through and through.

STAY AWAY! They charge you a MINIMUM of $50 to take a return, or 2%, whichever is greater. They only accept returns up to 30 days after the sale, but they wait 30 days to send you BROKEN merchandise. By the time you find, you are out of your money, or they charge you $50 to take it back.

Ordered NEC toner. Had to call to find out where order was.Staff often closed for Holdidays. Over two weeks later, was told they did not have product currently available.THEY NEVER CONTACTED ME. Refund was made.
