    The parts came as expected and a pre-call from the company alerted me to a part I needed to make the system work as I wanted it to and they gave me a ggod rate to add the parts.

    Order placed Nov 21 and on Dec 2 it still had not shipped. Granted the order was placed on a Friday, but the credit card was confirmed on Monday and the items were supposed to be instock.Added to this frustration is the clunky system for checking on your order and I wont be ordering from them again.
