    I must say I am actually VERY satisfied with A Matter Of Fax. While I do feel the website lacks a little pizzazz, its still very navigatable, provides excellent information, and is a **FREQUENT** choice of mine when I am looking for tech products (typically printers. I cant count how many printers and printer accessories Ive purchased from AMOF!) AMOF has always been a cost leader (in my opinion) of printers and printing accessories. Usually, when a company does this, things suffer. (ie: the website is bad, shipping / handling is shoddy, they dont have new items, etc...) This lies in stark contrast to my experiences on AMOF. My last order from AMOF was for toner and a second paper tray for one of my printers. Though I chose the standard **FREE** shipping, which the website says usually gets products to the customer in 5-10 days, my toner showed up in **2** days, and the paper tray showed up one day later!!! Fantastic prices, fantastic service, fantastic products! A+++!

    The product was shipped to the wrong address and returned to AMOF. I spoke to a cs rep and she placed a new order. I received it in a couple of days. Everything worked out fine. I would buy from again. Thanks.

    Ive been buying thru Pricegrabber.com for years now (many products and many merchants) and I have never ever had such a bad experience with a merchant. I placed an order for several HP toner cartridges; they were completly unresponsive. I never received the goods, no one ever returned my calls (I left ~12 messages on their voice mail system), the documentation (invoice, etc.) issued by this merchant is completly substandard. Bottom line: a horrific experience. I will never buy on amatteroffax.com again.

    As I said in my email that I sent the other day, your company ROCKS. After ordering the product I expected the product to be at last a week away due to shipping time. When it showed up in a couple of days I was surprised. I would, and will recommend your company to all of my business contacts as well as my friends. When dealing with companies on the internet, especially the first time, we never know what to expect. A Matter of Fax is on the top of my list to continue doing business with. Thank You. Regards,

    **Refunded charges and made huge effort to contact me and make things right. Have changed their website to give free shipping. Very impressed with their effort!Pricegrabber and A Matter of Fax websites both say free shipping but was charged shipping on both orders I placed. Does not give you a total charge on your confirmation page and no where else does it say there is a shipping charge. Actively trying to hide shipping and hoping you wont notice on your credit card statement. No customer service phone number listed on website. When you call the 1-800 sales number directs you to a long distance direct number to dial for customer service.
