    This is the first time I have purchased from this merchant. I was pleased in the manner they handled my order. There were no problems encountered from the processing or from the shipping. I used the tracking number, given to me, and it was accurate.I would purchase from them again.

    This merchant has a relativly high rating, and if you search through the ratings for the negative ones, you will see a recurring theme. So too in my case { should have read them first} where I placed an order, and paid for it; only to be contacted by phone the following day where I was told that the price I paid was limited to two stock items, both of which had sold ~prior~ to my order being processed. This was despite my having a receipt at that price, and nowhere on the site indicating this was a limited sale; but there was a banner saying 1600 in stock! I told the rep of my anger at the news, that I would inform pricegrabber { the place I found them } and that I expected the item to be delived as agreed/purchased. I did in fact receive the item, and to be fair, rather quickly considering it was the free ground shipping. On the other hand, I did not appreciate the aggravation and changing the terms of the sale after the order was accepted. So be forwarned about how they do business.

    Best price around, delivered fast (by UPS ground). Order a printer from them. Only thing was they had trouble verifying my credit card info, so they sent me an e-mail and had me call an automated telephone number and give them my invoice # and my credit cards customer service # on the back of my card. I also did not like that I could not track my package. Actually I got my tracking # after I received the package.

    They resolved the issue and exchanged the defective bulb. Kelly at a Matter of Fax did an outstanding job at making sure I received the replacement. She was very friendly and overall I am pleased with the transaction.

    The price on the printer I wanted was the lowest of any merchants. Customer service was helpful and the product arrived much faster than I anticipated. I would definitely order from A Matter of Fax again, and would recommend them to others.

    I had ordered this product from another supplier about 6 weeks ago. They charged my credit card, but never shipped the product. I finally canceled the order and requested a credit card refund (which was done). I then found your site - you were less expensive and have met my expectations for delivering what you promised when you promised. Thanks very much.

    I had a little difficulty at first with ordering, but a manager "called me" personally and got everything straightend out. It is nice to have a personal touch from management. Thanks for all your help! I ordered on Tuesday and received my merchandise on Thursday of the same week. And that was free shipping. WOW! And THANKS again.
