    easy site to navigate thru. We received the item (hard drive)but it was defective -would not turn on. Seems to me items should not be shipped without being certain that they are functioning before being shipped.We called customer service then told to call Mac for return instructions. A lot of work when I could have easily purchased the unit locally.
