    Best price after reviewing nearly a dozen vendors. Important extra: Shipping costs were the lowest; two-day FedEx delivery (even at a small upcharge) was very attractive.

    Great experience. It wasnt the very lowest price, but it was what Id call the lowest "solid" price. What I mean by that is no worries about gray market stuff, heavy up-sale, combative customer service reps, etc. The packing was excellent with "Shockwatch" indicators on the box. Even the freight company they used had detailed tracking and delivered a day early. Really, really pleased.

    After placing an order for a 46" Flat Screen Mitsubishi on Dec.7th, I requested that the order be delivered after December 22nd. As of December 28th, I have no TV, and it will not be delivered until Jan. 3rd, due to the fact that the order was never put into the OneCall system by their inside sales support person as promised. Now I will go almost the entire College Bowl Season without my Flat Screen, which is why I bought it. No concession was offered for their mistake. I await the delivery, and if all is not satisfactory, I will write again.
