    Duration of ownership: 14 Days

    Strengths: Fast printing, HP dependability and low cost of ownership.

    Weaknesses:It doesn't ship network ready or with any of the USB or Parallel cables it requires, but you can pick those up just about anywhere.

    Overall Evaluation: This is an excellent printer for a heavy printing home user, a small business or a workgroup setting. The toner coverage is excellent and speedy at 25 pages per minute in 1200dpi.

    Duration of ownership: 7 Weeks

    Strengths: Fast printing at 25ppm. Print quality at 1200 x 1200dpi. The ability to add an additional 500 sheet paper tray. LCD display is user friendly.

    Weaknesses:In my opinion, none thus far...

    Overall Evaluation: We purchased this printer to replace our old and failing HP Laserjet 5P, which had performed very well for just over 9 years. In addition to the faster print speeds and better print quality, we were in need of another paper tray. This is the main printer in our office, and the addition of a second paper tray for letterhead has proven to be a great time saver. We purchased the HP LaserJet 2300 from Infinity Micro, and the additional 500 Sheet Tray and Feeder from Ebuyer. We are pleased with the performance and operation of the Printer/Tray combination, and will purchase from both suppliers in the future.
