Most snapshot photo printers are basically one-trick ponies, but the HP Photosmart A826 breaks from the herd with its innovative and plentiful features. Unfortunately it's hobbled by a high price and slow print times.

Strengths: touch screen, large screen, easy to use
Weaknesses:paper hard to load
Overall Evaluation: The printer is all it is advertised. It is very user friendly and makes printing pictures easy. We have yet to use the unit as a stand alone printer, I think that is what will really bring out the strenghts of this printer.

Strengths: It appears to be a great product... perhaps they are just listing the wrong specs?? Both the platform and voltage are wrong for use in the USA. This review needs to be more than 30 words.
Weaknesses:I noticed in the specifications that this unit is advertised as 220 VAC which is typically Eurpoean voltage and the platform mentioned is Mac... not Windows as well.
Overall Evaluation: I have not purchased this unit for these reasons and felt compelled to warn others before you buy it. I do not have any negative things to say about the unit as I have not tested it.

Duration of ownership: 1 Months
Strengths: Very easy to use.Large preview/touch screen.Good paper storage.Accepts USB flash drive.
Weaknesses:None to report.
Overall Evaluation: Previous to buying this HP Photosmart, I had an Epson PictureMate which failed after 18 months (the ink flow was unpredictable) . Comparing the two the HP Photosmart is far superior. The large touch screen is excellent and very user friendly. The printer however is quite large. Being able to plug a USB flash drive into the printer is also a big plus.
