Lexmark introduced a new family of multifunction printers. The X658 product is targeted to the A4 office segment, the company said.

Each of the six models in the X658 family deliver up to 55 prints, copies or scans per minute. The more advanced models feature extra touches like a StapleSmart II finisher to staple multiple sets of documents up to 50 pages each, or users can organize output with the four-bin, illuminated mailbox configuration.

The devices can hold 2,300 sheets and come with an 80GB hard drive.

Pricing for the new MFPs start at US$3,799. As of this writing the company's Web site has not been updated with information on the new line.
