When you rip movies from your personal DVD collection for your iPhone or Apple TV, you could tag them manually with a program such as Lostify. But why not save yourself some data entry with MetaX 2.4.5 , which connects any of six different Amazon.com country stores as well as the tagChimp community-generated tagging site.
Drag an MPEG-4 video into MetaX's search box, wait for it to return results, then pick the one you like and tell the software to write the tags--it can even send the new files to iTunes when you're done.
You can include poster or DVD cover art or pick a frame from the movie to set as artwork, connect to a movie's IMDb page directly, name chapters, and much more. It's an invaluable tool if you plan to put your DVD collection on your Apple TV.
